 M A Y - I like the word may. It implies that we can want to do something but also that there is absolutely no obligation to do it.


I've said I want to do lots of things recently - one of those being to finally focus on losing a stone but I've simply had other priorities. I've focused on my mental health instead as I’ve definitely found myself struggling more.

This month I may actually try and lose that stone. I may read a book or two. I may start exercising a little more. I may find a new hobby. Then again I may do none of these things. I'm simply just going to continue taking each day at a time.
